Sabi Farm Fee Schedule

Who This Applies To
Sabi Farm has two types of selling participants, each with their own fee structure:
- Distributors — Businesses or individuals who supply agricultural products at scale (fertilizers, seeds, tools, equipment) and list them for dealers and farmers to purchase through the Platform.
- Dealers — Resellers who purchase from distributors and sell to end-user farmers. Dealers pay an annual participation fee covering their yearly physical and digital inspection and review.
Dealer Fees
Dealers pay an annual participation fee of ₦25,000. This fee covers the cost of the physical and digital inspection carried out at onboarding and at each subsequent annual review visit.

ℹ The ₦25,000 annual participation fee is due at registration and renewable each year. It is non-refundable once the inspection or review process has commenced. Renewal notices will be sent 30 days before the anniversary date.
Distributor Account Tiers
Distributors choose between two account tiers. The tier affects monthly subscription cost, commission rates, and withdrawal privileges.

⚠ Free account commissions are higher to offset the absence of a subscription fee. Upgrading to Pro is recommended for distributors processing more than ₦500,000 in monthly transactions.
How Commission Is Calculated
Commission is calculated as a percentage of the completed transaction value, excluding delivery fees. It is deducted automatically at settlement before funds are credited to the distributor’s wallet.
Example: A Pro distributor completes a fertilizer sale of ₦100,000. Commission deducted = ₦3,000 (3%). Amount credited to wallet = ₦97,000.
Fee Changes
Sabi Farm reserves the right to update fees, commission rates, and tier benefits. Active participants will be notified at least 14 days before any change takes effect via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised fees.
